Delray Beach House ::
Interior Finishes Selection

A long-distance renovation! This home was purchased by my clients to use as a personal vacation home and rental property and was in need of a full overhaul! The objective was to appoint a luxury coastal-feel with finishes that would stand up to rental-use, while aiming to keep the investment amount relatively low. I went with a very universal white/light aesthetic that can allow for an entire style change just by switching out accessory & furniture colors! Porcelain wood-look tile floors will withstand sandy foot traffic for years to come. Marble-look porcelain bath tile finishes offer durability along with the look of timeless luxury. The finished product is simply gorgeous!

Alpharetta Home Office / Guest Room :: Room Renovation

This multi-purpose room needed some personalization & character! This space needed to function as a full-time home office/part-time hobby room/part-time guest room and already came equipped with a built-in Murphy bed system. I eliminated the mirrored panels in favor of moulding and a piece of art for more appropriate video conferencing background. I selected an Ikea tabletop for a desk solution to offer plenty of desktop workspace. I added an additional workstation area with storage for a music-production hobby space, and included this paneled world map because who doesn’t want to glance over at “the rest of the world” everyday?!

Boca Raton Townhouse ::
Master Bedroom Makeover

“I want a light/airy boho-feel, minimal furniture, keep our existing paint color & bedspread and we have a big dog and two small children.” Got it! Let’s go! Criteria for this space included minimalist furniture (no storage-enabling pieces) reading lights for bed, pampas grass feature (because it just feels so pretty!), wall mirror, TV wall solution, TV-watching spot for the kiddos because they always end up in Mom & Dad’s bedroom.

Alpharetta Townhouse :: Master Bedroom Makeover

Monochromatic gorgeousness! The goals for this space were to repurpose existing area rug, headboard, dresser & chest of drawers, while creating a tranquil, modern/transitional aesthetic. I personally love monochromatic design, so this was extra fun to dream up! Light pollution from these bedroom windows had to be addressed, so a hotel room-style valanced curtain track system fit the bill! The two large furniture pieces received a paint/faux wood look treatment to compliment the new design beautifully! The windows received a black adhesive vinyl treatment to create the look of modern, on-trend french steel windows. The linen duvet was custom dyed to match the wall paint color and these simple, clean line pendant lights round out the design!
